An Update on Delivery Times & Customer Service

Over the past few months, things at MyBallerBox haven’t gone as they should.

There have been long delivery delays, slow or missing responses, and understandable frustration from many of you. Whether you're currently waiting for your order, or you've seen negative reviews online, this page is here to explain what went wrong, why it happened, and — most importantly — what we’re doing to fix it.

What went wrong?

MyBallerBox started as a one-man project from a living room with a simple goal:
To bring the excitement of surprise football shirts to fans across Europe.

And it took off. Faster than I ever imagined.

But as demand grew, I made a mistake: I tried to keep doing everything myself.

That meant:

• Orders piled up
• Customer messages went unanswered
• Shipping was delayed
• The entire system started breaking under pressure

And honestly? It became too much for one person to manage.
The result: unacceptable wait times, poor communication, and a drop in service quality. For that, I’m truly sorry — and I take full responsibility.

What’s changing?

This is not how I want MyBallerBox to operate and it’s definitely not what you deserve.

I genuinely wish I could fix everything overnight. I’ve read the messages, the reviews, the disappointment, and I feel it deeply. Unfortunately, solving everything at once isn’t possible. But what is possible: Taking consistent, focused steps to make things better.

And that’s exactly what I'm doing:

✅ I've moved into an office & warehouse (no more boxes in my living room)
✅ I’m hiring more staff to help with customer support and order fulfillment
✅ I'm improving logistics, stock management, and shipping speeds
✅ And most importantly: I’m committed to more transparency going forward

I understand your frustration. We're currently working daily to clear the backlog and get every open order shipped. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your box is on the way.

The road ahead

The vision for MyBallerBox hasn’t changed: to bring authentic, surprise football shirts to fans in a fun and affordable way. 

But how I operate must change and that’s exactly what I'm doing now.
