Frequently Asked Questions
Are the shirts authentic?
Yes, absolutely! At MyBallerBox, we pride ourselves on offering only authentic football shirts. Our shirts are sourced from authorised wholesale suppliers, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity for every item we sell.
MyBallerBox is an independent reseller, not affiliated with or endorsed by any football club, federation, or sportswear brand. All brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Every shirt we stock is an official licensed product, complete with manufacturer tags and official club licensing labels.
Vintage products may be pre-owned and may not include an original retail hang tag or original packaging. Each item is inspected for brand labels, construction details and available product codes. Any material condition issue will be disclosed before dispatch or will make the item ineligible for fulfilment.
What if I don’t like the shirt I received?
No worries! Our goal is to surprise you with awesome gear, but we understand that personal taste varies. If you’re not happy with the shirt, you can return it within 100 days as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. We also encourage everyone to share their preferences with us so we can do our best to match your style and prevent any disappointments.
Thanks to our strong partnerships with trusted wholesale suppliers and authorised resellers, we're able to source authentic, officially licensed football shirts at competitive wholesale prices. By keeping our operations lean and focusing exclusively on what matters — getting great shirts to football fans — we pass those savings directly on to you.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
While we aim to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs, carrier delays, or high order volume can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

Definitely! We understand that some of our customers have specific preferences. Let us know your preferences in the comment box above the checkout button. If we're unable to fulfill your request, we will reach out via email to discuss alternatives and ensure you're happy with your order.
As an extra thank-you to our customers, we’re currently including a bonus shirt with every mystery shirt order. This is simply a nice extra — not something we’ve built into the price. We did not raise our prices when launching this promotion.
The bonus shirt could be a match shirt, training shirt, pre-match shirt, casual T-shirt, or polo shirt — and it will always be an official club teamwear product. Just a little treat from us to make your MyBallerBox experience even more exciting!
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@myballerbox.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending you a replacement or offering a refund.
