Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We will always notify you by email if your order is delayed.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Orders shipped within the Netherlands typically arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.
Shipping within the EU
Orders shipped to other EU countries (Germany, Belgium, and beyond) typically arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €75 within the EU.
- For orders under €75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- International shipping costs outside the EU are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Carriers
We ship using DPD, DHL and other reputable carriers, depending on destination and order size.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Missing or damaged orders
