Are the shirts authentic?
Yes. Every shirt in our World Cup Mystery Collection is authentic and sourced through our trusted supplier network.
What if I don’t like the shirt I received?
No worries! Our goal is to surprise you with awesome gear, but we understand that personal taste varies. If you’re not happy with the shirt, you can return it within 100 days as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. We also encourage everyone to share their preferences with us so we can do our best to match your style and prevent any disappointments.
Can I exclude certain countries?
Yes. Add your exclusions in the order comments and we will make sure those countries are not included in your mystery item.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We strive to provide same-day shipping for all orders placed before 9 PM. However, please note that we have been experiencing some stock issues lately, but we are doing our best to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Rest assured, we will keep you informed if any delays occur.
Which countries can I receive?
You may receive an item from any nation that has participated in the FIFA World Cup, from football giants to lesser-known football nations.

What if my order is missing or damaged?
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@myballerbox.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending you a replacement or offering a refund.

No. MyBallerBox is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, any football federation, or any participating national team.
